Reviews of Kelley Roofing in Amarillo, TX

Excellent customer service! I purchased this house and it already had a warranty from this company back from 2014. The sunroom kept leaking and they kept doing right by repairing it. Even though it wasn't fixed with all that they tried from their knowledge, they finally replaced the flat roof on our sunroom. They do great work and they do RESPOND TO EACH of our calls. Possible that other people that are complaining about them not responding after a windstorm is because they were overwhelmed by how much work they already had. Just my common sense here but if there's a windstorm, they're going to be very busy and overwhelmed. All you need is to give them respect and consideration and in return and they will give you spectacular customer service. When we moved to Amarillo/Canyon area, I noticed people here go over the top with complaints. Personally, I
can't do customer service in this area and I did it for years. Thank goodness I'm medically retired now. I'd like for some people here to live in the city for one year to humble themselves and realize that people aren't machines, we're just humans. Coming from the city myself, I promise you that they really do go above and beyond compared to 100's, if not 1000's, of companies out in the nation. Do yourself a favor and try them out.

They did an excellent job on our roof, and were fast and efficient. They didn't leave a mess behind (as many of my friends have experienced from other roofing companies), and they just seem like genuinely good people. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough nice things about Kelley Roofing. With the winds we had last week most people were putting you on a list or not answering at all. Kelley came right out that day

Such a great company. Cant say enough good things about this company. My roof is excellent and they fixed my patio roof from recent wind damage also. Even though they were extremely busy came right out and did repairs. Friendly, knowledgable workers. I recommend Kelley to anyone needing roofing.

You need you're roof done these are the people to call.! They have done my house my grandmothers and moms house and every time does an outstanding job!

Luis was not only professional, but polite and caring as well. I am sorry we didn't get to meet the crew but we were very impressed by their workmanship and clean-up!!!! I just had coffee earlier with friends and bragged about the service provided and recommended Kelley Roofing to them and anyone else that overheard me.
